The EoC transmitter and receiver are fully ruggedized Ethernet-over-coax extenders. When upgrading analog cameras to IP cameras, customers can utilize existing cable resources without the need for rewiring. This device provides a 500-meter connection over coaxial cable for a 10/100Mbps IEEE standard electrical copper port. Supported data transmission rates vary based on cable distance and quality. Plug-and-play design ensures straightforward installation without electrical adjustments. The device features LED indicators for clear operational status display.

Applications

EoC products are designed for paired use: a 1-channel transmitter connects to a 1-channel receiver, or a 1-channel transmitter(s) connects to an 8/16-channel receiver. The diagram below illustrates the connection between a 1-channel transmitter and a 1-channel receiver, as well as a 16-channel receiver.

Application 1: 1-channel EoC transmitter + 16-channel EoC receiver. As shown in the diagram, up to 16 transmitters can be connected to a 16-channel receiver. Application 2: 1-channel EoC transmitter + 1-channel EoC receiver. As illustrated, this configuration is suitable for more dispersed application scenarios.
